Role Description:

The Engagement Manager works as part of our Client Relationship Management team and is responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with a number of key clients. S/he will set the direction for the management of these accounts by drawing on the appropriate firmwide resources to drive performance for clients while contributing to account revenue growth and overall business profitability. The role offers a unique opportunity to combine tactical execution skills with strategic thinking within a global landscape. The position is based out of our Princeton office but involves working daily within global and multi-cultural teams.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage account relationships with key client organizations
• Serve as internal champion for clients’ strategic business initiatives
• Actively participate in firm's sales and client prospecting efforts
• Oversee development and execution of detailed client engagement proposals
• Manage client engagements, coordinating with global service delivery teams to ensure high quality and timely delivery of solutions
• Expand client relationships into other firm offerings to grow account revenue and profitability
• Represent firm at customer-facing events, including leading industry trade shows
• Periodically travel to meet with clients and deepen relationships
• Maintain high level of awareness of industry trends, best practices, and solutions
• Promote high standard of professionalism, integrity, and leadership throughout the global service delivery organization

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3 – 5 years of ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AT AN ONLINE MARKETING / ADVERTISING FIRM OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE AS AN SEM MANAGER
• Google Adwords Professional certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated proficiency in consensus and team building
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including exceptional presentation skills
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects involving global, cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
• Strong relationship management skills including consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic account development
• Demonstrated ability to manage account profitability factors including pricing, margins, cost factors, etc.
• High level of proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
